Product Description

Our Lab Wastewater Treatment Equipment is a professional environmental protection device designed for the purification treatment of wastewater generated in laboratories. It targets the characteristics of laboratory wastewater-including acid-base waste, heavy metal ions, organic solvents, biological pollutants, and toxic and harmful substances-and adopts a multi-stage integrated treatment process to achieve efficient purification, neutralization, sterilization, and filtration. The equipment is small in size, easy to install and operate, and can be customized according to the type, volume, and pollutant concentration of laboratory wastewater, ensuring that the treated wastewater meets national and local discharge standards, and even realizes partial water reuse.

Working Principle

1. Wastewater Collection & Regulation: The laboratory wastewater is uniformly collected into the regulating tank through a dedicated pipeline, which balances the water quality and water volume, and pre-filters large-particle impurities. 2. PH Adjustment & Coagulation Precipitation: According to the acidity and alkalinity of the wastewater, an automatic dosing system is used to adjust the pH value to a neutral state, and then flocculants are added to make colloidal particles, heavy metal ions and organic pollutants in the wastewater aggregate and precipitate, removing most suspended solids and heavy metals. 3. Oxidation Decomposition: Adopting advanced oxidation technology, it effectively decomposes refractory organic pollutants, pathogenic microorganisms, viruses and other harmful substances in the wastewater, reduces COD, BOD and chroma, and improves the biodegradability of the wastewater. 4. Precision Filtration & Adsorption: The wastewater after precipitation and oxidation enters the precision filtration system, and through multi-media filtration and activated carbon adsorption, residual tiny impurities, organic residues and odors are further removed, ensuring the clarity of the effluent. 5. Disinfection & Sterilization: For scenarios with high sterilization requirements, an ultraviolet or ozone disinfection module is configured. 6. Effluent Discharge & Recycling: The treated wastewater meets the national integrated wastewater discharge standard and relevant local standards.
